Wild Weather

Ok, we've had weather below freezing for ten straight days. We've had some snow. Now we are experiencing warm weather, with a cold front moving in. Ah yes, tornado weather. Sure enough, tornado warning alert system went off this afternoon when a tornado was sighted about 7-9 miles northeast of Cookeville, heading towards Livingston. And of course if that wasn't enough, we've had thunderstorms since about 2:00 p.m. Now they are talking about the "S" word for next week. That will shut down schools again!

But being able to wear a t-shirt and a light sweatshirt in January - priceless!

Rain, Rain, Go Away!

If ducks show up at my bird feeder, I'll know we've had too much rain!

I wonder if my brother's cure for a headache really works. It is to take one hand and slap it against your forehead repeatedly. I've had the headache since the rain started last night. Hope the rain and headache go away soon!
