Yesterday was the last day of in home physical therapy. I will really miss Allison, who was both tough and gentle, firm and encouraging. From here I will start outpatient therapy, which is probably good.
Most days have some pain in them. Therapy days can be particularly rough. Yesterday, after lunch, the hubby drove me to Hobby Lobby so I could endulge myself in some paper buying. Small hint, Christmas stuff is out early, and I have all these card patterns ...
Walking back out to the car, uphill, was a challenge. It really did me in and during the night I was visited by the pain monster. I hope I have vanquished him for the time being.
