It was one month ago that I had my right knee replaced. While I am doing well, I am not where I thought I would be. Tuesday I finished my at home therapy and next Thursday I go for an evaluation at the outpatient therapy place, and probably won't start until a week from Monday.
In the meantime, I am continuing the exercises Allison and I did at home, pushing myself just a little bit harder every time. One of these days I'll get a good night's sleep on my side and I'll be able to sit in the car longer than 15 minutes.
